My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the property itself is stunning and the ocean view from my balcony was fantastic, the service left a lot to be desired. I had several issues during my stay, particularly with check-in, which was slow and disorganized. The dining options were also below average, and I encountered cleanliness issues that made my stay less enjoyable. If the management could address these concerns, it could be a lovely resort.
